At BNY Mellon, Keith established enterprise business architecture across one of the world's largest financial institutions, managed the Alteryx analytics platform for 2,000 users with a $2M+ annual budget, and served as single point of contact for major institutional clients' technology initiatives. Earlier in his career at Pershing (a BNY Mellon subsidiary), he developed and deployed the RIA Process Framework — an interactive catalog of roughly 200 best-practice process flows that directly supported independent wealth management firms. Most recently, as a Senior Director at Vertical Relevance, he led the design of an AI-assisted, automated regulatory policy change management solution and owned GRC change control for a global banking client.
